Also worked with Smith Machine Bench Press today. I like the safety features of the machine and it allows you to lift without a spotter.
Checking in. A heavy week of distance and today of core and Machines. Started to push on the Smith Machine. Now at 60 lbs plus bar. Goal 80 lbs by May. Anyone interested in the Zazzle Bay to Breakers in May? http://zazzlebaytobreakers.com/index.php?page=general-information
Better balance today. 5 miles 760 calories and 1hour waits and core. Pushing more weight and shoulder work.
